Clean & Sorted is a trading name of Vendus Group Ltd. Company number: 15997009. References to Clean & Sorted in this privacy policy mean Vendus Group Ltd trading as Clean & Sorted.
Data handling
Customer, cleaner and booking data is used to price, schedule, assign, manage and support cleaning services. Card data is handled by Stripe and is never stored by the platform.
Sensitive access fields such as key safe codes and alarm notes are encrypted at rest. Uploaded files use signed URLs. Customers see only their own bookings; cleaners see only assigned jobs; admins see operational data according to role.
Customers and cleaners can request data deletion through support. Records required for payment, tax, safety or dispute handling may be retained for the required period.
Data processing consent
Cleaner applicants consent to Clean & Sorted processing application details, identity documents, proof of address, right-to-work confirmation, insurance details, availability, coverage areas and onboarding notes for recruitment and vetting.
Uploaded documents are intended to be stored privately with restricted admin access and signed links. Application data may be retained for recruitment, compliance, insurance, payment and dispute handling.
